Dear colleagues,
we are pleased to open the registration for the 12th Physics of Volcanoes Workshop (PoV-12), to be held from 18-20 February 2026 at the University of Potsdam, Germany.
The workshop will be organized as follows:
- 18 February 2026: 17:00-19:00 Icebreaker
- 19 February 2026: 09:15-18:15 Scientific Program, followed by a joint dinner at 19:15
- 20 February 2026: 09:15-16:00 Scientific Program
This meeting will bring together our research community to discuss the latest developments in volcanic processes, with sessions focusing on:
- Volcanoseismology (invited speaker: Julia Gestrich)
- Geophysics and remote sensing (invited speaker: Edgar Zorn)
- Geochemistry and Petrology (invited speaker: Emily Bamber)
- Hazards and Monitoring (invited speaker: Linda Sobolewski)
